One year after its establishment, at 21st Greentury we celebrate by thanking our partners, who have been with us.

- Venue: Aluniș, Colți commune, county Buzău
- Guests: representatives of local communities and practitioners from different backgrounds
- Purpose: 5 days of accelerated learning through the opportunity to experience different techniques and working methods at individual and organizational level
By participating in this program, we had the opportunity to meet local personalities with initiative and love for the people in their communities, who came up with different approaches that helped us better integrate the whole work together. Diversity also existed among the chosen participants, we were representatives of associations from several corners of Romania.
The openness of all those present with whom the interactions took place, to communicate and share their own experiences, helped to coagulate the group and to experience a sense of belonging to the very community newly created there, In Stare de Bine.
With the passage of time, I noticed that the activity within the organization improved following this “laboratory” in terms of the steps necessary to shape a community, and the most valuable thing I felt is the impact of a common goal in a community in formation.
